This is a judged competition and is open to ALL skill levels.

$150 Per Pitmaster (10 racks of ribs are provided)

1-10 Teams:

Rules/Guidelines:
- Check-in per the time above.
- Competitors may request ribs when set up and ready. Ribs handed out after check-in
- Cook’s meeting attendence required.
- Competitors may prepare the ribs any way they choose.
- Turn in boxes are judged by taste, texture, and appearance.
- See schedule for turn-in time. Location will be discussed at the cooks’ meeting.
- No side dishes prepared during sampling (competitors will be disqualified).
- There will be one certified judge. Other judges will be from Annandale & Maple Lake Fire and Rescue.
