$150 Per Pitmaster (10 racks of ribs are provided)

Prize distribution will be based on the number of teams that register:

1-10 Teams: 1st – $500
2nd – $300
3rd – $200
15-20 Teams: 1st – $700
2nd – $450
3rd – $350
20+ Teams: 1st – $900
2nd – $600
3rd – $500

Rules/Guidelines:
  1. Check-in per the time above.
  2. Competitors may request ribs when set up and ready. Ribs handed out after check-in
  3. Cook’s meeting attendence required.
  4. Competitors may prepare the ribs any way they choose.
  5. Turn in boxes are judged by taste, texture, and appearance.
  6. See schedule for turn-in time. Location will be discussed at the cooks’ meeting.
  7. No side dishes prepared during sampling (competitors will be disqualified).
  8. There will be one certified judge. Other judges will be from Annandale & Maple Lake Fire and Rescue.
